Teaching Clinic

The Teaching Clinic is a dedicated service program offered by the Academic Development Center (ADC) and designed specifically for educators to provide comprehensive consultations regarding the evaluation, reflection, and development of the teaching and learning process. Amid the ever-evolving dynamics of higher education and the increasingly diverse needs of students, this service serves as a safe and supportive space for collaborative discussion where faculty members can address the various challenges they face while managing their classes.

The primary objective of this initiative is to provide personalized guidance tailored to the specific context of each class, through the formulation of practical solutions, recommendations for innovative teaching strategies, and constructive feedback. Consultations in the Teaching Clinic cover a wide range of topics, from designing lesson plans, strategies to enhance student interaction, the implementation of educational technology, to designing targeted assessment methods. Through this collaboration with ADC, educators are expected to continue enhancing their teaching competencies, thereby creating a learning ecosystem that is adaptive, inspiring, and positively impacts the effectiveness of student learning.
