This project implements a combination of Andragogy (self-directed learning) and Peeragogy (collaborative learning) methods in a corporate master’s program, specifically in the Technopreneurship course. This initiative is designed to address the challenges posed by the cognitive and experiential gaps among adult students, with the primary goal of producing well-rounded professionals (“T-shaped individuals”) through the enhancement of Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and metacognitive knowledge.
